Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nexus Online Strategies ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of Nexus Strategy Lab™, including our website, membership community, content, tools, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By signing up for a membership or accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
Membership and Access
Nexus Strategy Lab is a paid membership community. Upon completing your registration and payment, you will receive access to:
- Weekly live strategy sessions (Tuesdays, recorded)
- The Strategy Vault - recorded sessions and resources
- Foundational marketing modules
- The member AI strategy tool
- The private member community (Facebook group)
Access is granted to you personally and is non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials or grant access to any other individual.
Billing and Payment
Membership is billed on a monthly recurring basis at the rate established at the time of your enrollment.
- Beta members are charged $67 per month, locked at that rate for the life of their membership
- Your first payment is charged immediately upon sign-up
- Recurring billing begins on the 1st of the following month and continues monthly until cancelled
- All payments are processed securely through our payment platform
You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each billing cycle. It is your responsibility to keep your payment information current. If a payment fails, access to the Service may be suspended until the balance is resolved.
Founding Member Rate Lock: Members who join during the beta period at $67/month will retain that rate indefinitely, regardless of future price increases, so long as their membership remains active and in good standing without interruption.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at info@nexusonlinestrategies.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service through the end of the period you have paid for.
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, your access continues through the end of that billing period and no further charges will be made.
Please note: If you cancel your founding member membership and later wish to rejoin, your rate will be at the then-current price. The beta rate lock applies only to continuous, uninterrupted memberships.
30-Day Clarity Guarantee
We stand behind the value of Nexus Strategy Lab. If you complete your first 30 days as an active member - attending sessions, engaging with the material, and applying what you learn - and do not feel more clear and confident in your marketing direction, contact us within 30 days of your sign-up date and we will work with you to make it right.
This guarantee is available to first-time members only and requires demonstrated participation in the community and sessions. It is not a no-questions-asked refund policy.
Acceptable Use
By accessing the Service, you agree not to:
- Share, reproduce, or distribute any content from Nexus Strategy Lab without written permission
- Record live sessions without express written consent
- Share your account access or login credentials with others
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
- Harass, intimidate, or disrespect other members of the community
- Post spam, solicitations, or promotional content in the community without authorization
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract content or data from our platforms
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.
Intellectual Property
All content provided through Nexus Strategy Lab - including session recordings, frameworks, modules, tools, worksheets, and written materials - is the intellectual property of Nexus Online Strategies and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Your membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own personal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
Third-Party Platforms
Nexus Strategy Lab operates in part through third-party platforms including but not limited to Facebook (community group), GoHighLevel/Nexus OS (CRM and email), and FastPayDirect/Stripe (payments). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or availability of third-party platforms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to deliver consistent, high-quality content and community experience, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results from participation in Nexus Strategy Lab.
Marketing and business results vary based on individual effort, industry, market conditions, and many factors outside our control. Nothing in our content constitutes a guarantee of income, leads, or business growth.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nexus Online Strategies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including content, features, session schedules, and pricing for new members. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active members of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modifications.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. For material changes, we will notify active members by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Texas.
